Invest in a Strong Future—for Girls.
With a large membership of more than 60,000 girl and adult members, expansion of leadership development programs, affordable program and training fees, and member/volunteer resources, additional financial assistance is required for River Valleys.
To continue the tradition of serving all girls – regardless of financial barriers – Girl Scouts relies on generous individual gifts and Family Fundraising Campaign donations from members, as well as foundation, corporate, and government grants to help support the mission of building girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.
The annual $10 membership fee does not support Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin River Valleys; it is sent directly to Girl Scouts of the USA for national program development and activity insurance.
Double your gift to help girls build courage, confidence, and character in Girl Scouting.
Many companies, including those listed below, have matching gift programs that will double or even triple your contribution.

Families, you too can make a difference in a girl’s leadership development by making a financial gift to River Valleys. Now, more than ever, parents, grandparents, other adult family members, and friends of Girl Scouting are needed to support the programs that prepare girls for lives as active, engaged citizens. The leadership skills that girls gain today are invaluable in helping our girls become successful women tomorrow. The Family Fundraising Campaign (formerly called Family Partnership) is a council-wide effort carried out by adult volunteers to help cover day-to-day operating expenses—the costs incurred to provide volunteer training, safe and well-maintained facilities, council-sponsored program events and activity kits, Grants for Girls/Adults (financial assistance), and much more.
