Internet Sales Policy Girls may send a personal direct e-mail to their friends and relatives to inform them of the annual Cookie Program Activity, along with their troop and personal goals. Girls can ask them if they would like to order cookies. To protect the safety and security of girls, Girl Scouts may NOT sell cookies using a Web site, chat room, auction site, or via a broadcast e-mail. Click here for more information.
